You can set the intensity and pace of the experience from power walking to a moderate fitness session, to more intense training. We will make sure that the level is suitable for all participants, so that you can all enjoy it to the full.

Available only for private groups starting from £100 per experience, our fitness tours are for groups of maximum 6 people and can be done in the following areas.
