We run our experiences on a daily basis, three experiences every day with a maximum of 6 people per experience. We cover 9 areas for our pre-scheduled tours and additional areas for bespoke and private experiences.

Our private tours are limited exclusively to travelers in your party. They are designed to provide an engaging experience that is completely tailored to you and your traveling companions. Private tours give you more flexibility with scheduling (you decide when the walk best fits in your trip), the ability to tailor your itinerary (we'll work to match the itinerary to the interests and dynamics of your group), and more personalized time with your guide.

Our small group experiences have a maximum of 6 people per group. They operate on a pre-scheduled calendar, and are designed to provide an opportunity to engage with and learn from other travelers.

Every experience includes between 6,000 to 10,000 steps. We therefore recommend wearing comfortable shoes, an anorak or umbrella in case of rain and please try not to carry heavy bags or backpacks.

Most of our experiences combine indoor and outdoor activities so rain is not an issue as long as you have an umbrella or an anorak. Should weather condition put at risk the safety of the group (in case of really high temperatures, floodings or ice) we will get in touch with you to cancel the experience and to discuss whether it can be rescheduled at a time of your convenience or refunded. No refunds are available should the customer want to cancel for weather reasons should we not consider it to be at risk for the group.

As soon as you book the tour you will receive a confirmation email containing all the important information on the tour, such as time, meeting point, end point, what to wear.

Tipping is always appreciated—although not compulsory. Our clients generally tip anywhere from 10-20% of the purchase price, depending on the quality of the experience and their tipping habits.

For most of our experiences, we need at least seven (7) days advance notice for cancellation for a full refund. You will find the specific policy for each service listed along with its description on the website, and in your confirmation. Items cancelled within 7 days are not refundable but you can get in touch to potentially reschedule the experience should we have some more availability for you. All credit card information is stored remotely with a level 1 PCI-compliant service provider. All sensitive information is conveyed to that provider through a secure (SSL) connection. We do not share any of our customer information with anyone.
