Unexpected London offers a variety of experiences through this website (unexpectedlondon.com). Because our Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations, we recommend you to read them carefully.
Unless otherwise stated, purchases made through unexpectedlondon.com are subject to these Terms and Conditions; in all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking.

By using unexpectedlondon.com, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately.
Unexpected London may change these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please review these Terms & Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Unexpected London. Your continued use of unexpectedlondon.com after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

You agree not to use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests. You agree not to use robots or other automated means to access this site, unless specifically permitted by London Fitness Tour.
Visitor Provided Material
In these terms of use, visitor provided “material” includes without limitation, text, /images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material that you submit to our website, for whatever purpose. Any material that a visitor to this Website sends or posts to unexpectedlondon.com shall be considered non-proprietary and non-confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy
When using unexpectedlondon.com you shall not post or send to or from this Website any material for which:
- you have not obtained all necessary consents;
- That is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom;
- That violates any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; contains material that is false, intentionally misleading, or defamatory.
- This is harmful in nature including, and without limitation, computer viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted data, or other potentially harmful software or data.
- We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requiring us to disclose the identity or other details of any person posting material that is in breach if this website.
Pricing – Inclusions & Exclusions
Prices shown on Unexpected London website are per person unless otherwise stated.
What is included is stated specifically on each page.
Senior Prices apply for customers 65 years and over.
Children Prices apply for children aged 6 to 16 and under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult.
Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes, charges or fees.
Prices do not include (unless stated otherwise) – gratuities to the guide, food and beverages and transportation.
Gratuities are at your discretion.
Payment
All transactions made on the website go via Fareharbour.com, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
There is no charge or service fee for processing Credit-card payments. An additional fee is added by Fareharbor to the price of the ticket of 6%. Please check Fareharbor Terms and Conditions before booking.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
Should you need to cancel a tour we are happy to either switch you to another tour or, providing you give us 3 days notice, we are happy to issue a full refund.
Bad weather does not constitute a valid reason for your cancelling a tour, unless you receive a communication from us that considers the weather conditions too adverse to run the tour.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour should the guide be taken ill, due to lack of demand. or should circumstances arise that make the operation of a tour impossible. If we cancel a tour we will offer you the choice of either switching to another date or tour or of receiving a full refund.
Safety and Loss
The tour starting points are in public places throughout London and as such Unexpected London is unable to provide any secure storage areas. Participants are advised to bring only essential items and are responsible for any items they bring with them onto the tours. It may be possible to store small items in your guide’s backpack but participants do so at their own risk of loss, theft or damage. Unexpected London is not liable for any loss, theft or damage caused to a participant’s belongings before, during or after a tour.
Participants are also responsible for their own safety throughout the tour and are expected to exercise due care and attention at all times throughout the tour. Your guide will look to ensure safe routes and road crossings but Unexpected London is not liable for any injury, accident or even death caused to a participant during a tour, unless this is due to our staff’s negligence.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are dressed appropriately for power walking, including wearing trainers suitable for these activities. London weather is very changeable, participants are advised to always bring an anorak in case of rain and dress appropriately for the climate. Participants are also encouraged to ensure they stay hydrated throughout the tour and London Fitness Tour recommends they bring bottled water with them.
If you have a known medical condition, injury or feel unwell it is your responsibility to declare this prior to the start of the tour and, where appropriate, to bring a medical certificate authorising participation in the tour.
Participants accept that taking part in power walking tours carry the risk of causing injury and that they participate at their own risk.
Disruptive behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse participation in a tour to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or is spoiling the enjoyment of a tour for other tour participants will be asked to leave the tour. No refunds will be given should this happen.
E-tickets
Customers purchasing tickets on this website will receive an e-ticket. The Customer will need to present the ticket, either printed or digitally before the tour starts.
Late arrival
If you arrive late please be sure to call the following number 07518551635 so that we can share with you the live location. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late or don’t manage to reach the group no refunds will be given.
Special Requirements
At Unexpected London we do our best to give all our customers full care and attention, but we do need to know at the time of booking if there are any special needs or requirements. It is particularly important that we are advised of any physical issues that might prevent you to walk for at least 5 miles. If you have a medical condition, please consult your Doctor if you are in doubt about your suitability to walk.
Tour Itineraries
London is a busy city with many road closures, events and parades taking place throughout the city each year. Love London Running Tours reserves the right to vary a route and thus exclude listed sights, areas and topics, in the event of a route being adversely disrupted by external events. Unexpected London may, on very rare occasions, exclude listed sights, areas and topics, if a participant or number of participants are deemed inadequately prepared to safely complete the entire route. No refunds will be offered for any amended tour
Gift Cards
All gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for the purchase of gift vouchers. Gift cards can only be redeemed online (subject to availability). Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
General Conditions
No agent or proprietor of ours can vary our conditions and any such purported variation shall be of no effect unless it has been signed by one of our Directors.
